A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is a protected digital key that verifies the identity of the holder, which is issued by a Certifying Authority (CA). Which typically includes your identity (name, country email, APNIC account name and your public key). Public Key Infrastructure is used in Digital Certificates which means the data which has been digitally signed or encrypted by any private key can solely be decrypted by its identical public key.
